Objective
Launch a high-end destination brand that could stand on its own from day one.
The site had to attract national retailers, present leasing opportunities, and sell the promise of a place that did not yet exist. It needed to feel premium on first touch and perform flawlessly on mobile. This was not a brochure. It was a sales tool, a brand introduction, and a digital experience in one.
Problem
There was no brand, no visual system, and no digital presence. The site had to define the look, tone, and credibility of the entire project. It needed to sell both space and vision to a national retail audience. First impressions had to carry weight. Most visitors would arrive on a phone. Every screen had to feel intentional, clear, and worthy of attention.
